The company's mission is to reduce space transportation costs and enable the colonization of Mars. SpaceX has developed several launch vehicles, including the Falcon 1, Falcon 9, and Falcon Heavy, as well as the Dragon spacecraft, which is used to transport cargo and astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS).

The company has also flown several successful missions to orbit and beyond, including sending the first commercial spacecraft to the ISS and launching the first privately-funded liquid-propellant rocket to reach orbit.
